* Customize your goals and plans for 2012 with the help of our Certfied Life Coach, Amy Anderson.
* Create a Vision Board to help you visualize your dreams.
* Release negative energy and let go of unwanted behaviors or past disappoints and "hurts" at the Burning Ceremony. Write positive affirmations to start anew.
REJUVENATE:
* Sit in the Far Infrared Sauna to eliminate toxins and burn as much as 600 calories in 20-40 minutes.
* Enjoy healthy gourmet meals prepared by Chef Rebecca Moran.
* Watch the sun set over the lake as you relax in the hot tub or in the hammock.
* Get a fun workout kayaking on the lake.
* Receive a 30 minute massage from our Massage Therapist, Allison Garrett.
